This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 1202 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any services offered.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 1202 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1202 platform.
These terms form a legal agreement between you as a user and the 1202 platform operator. Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updates.
The 1202 platform may only be used by individuals who meet the legal age requirements set by applicable laws and regulations. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their respective jurisdiction.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed to register only one account on the 1202 platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1202 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure account information accuracy. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of account access.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact 1202 support immediately at [email protected].
- Passwords must be unique and not shared with anyone else.
- Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
- Do not save login information on public or unsecured devices.
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
1202 users agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with all set rules. Violations of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or closure of accounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1202 platform:
- Attempts to manipulate the system, games, or transactions by any technical or fraudulent means.
- Use of unauthorized automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing or transferring account balances between users without 1202’s prior written consent.
- Using accounts for money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
- Disrupting platform operations or other users by any means.
1202 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate actions, including temporary account suspension during investigations.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on 1202 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local online banking, popular e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and payment methods listed on the platform at any time.
Deposits are processed within the timeframe specified depending on the chosen payment method. 1202 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
For withdrawals, users must use the same method as their deposit or another method approved by 1202. All withdrawals are subject to internal verification processes that may take anywhere from a few minutes up to several business days.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
- 1202 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification or compliance purposes.
- Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are the user’s responsibility.
- All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in exceptional cases approved by 1202.
Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1202 platform is provided "as is." 1202 makes no guarantees that the platform will always function without interruptions or technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1202 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users from using the platform.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risks and they are fully responsible for any betting decisions made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1202 platform including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, games, and software are intellectual property owned by 1202 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
1202 may use third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and technical infrastructures. 1202 is not responsible for third-party privacy policies, terms of service, or their performance. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms separately.
Account Policy, Terms Changes, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
1202 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including violation of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or requests from relevant authorities. Any valid balance in a closed account will be refunded after investigations are completed, subject to certain conditions.
Users may also request to close their accounts at any time by contacting 1202 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after all pending transactions are settled.
Terms Changes
1202 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted according to applicable law.
